A Game of Chess

By teamcrazymatt
Concealed in the 8x8 grid below is a chess game nearing its end. When the grid is completed, place chess pieces on the squares marked by their letters in English algebraic notation (i.e. pawn = P, knight = N, and so on.) The board is set up from White's perspective, and all pieces on the first (bottom) four ranks are White, while all pieces on the later (top) four ranks are Black. When the board is set up, find the move that leads to a three-move checkmate for White, with White to play. Good luck!
